Strobe light reading It's Ok Not To Be OK

Look after you

Good mental wellbeing is essential to our day-to-day life. Difficult or negative experiences can impact our mood and the type of thoughts we experience. It can feel difficult to control our thoughts and feelings and at times it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

This site is aimed at adults over 25 to guide you through steps you can take to protect and improve your wellbeing, overcome challenges and help you on your way to recovery. If you are under 25 you can find services for children and young people on the Liverpool CAMHS website.

If you are a student, your university will offer support and information on wellbeing services.
